Effective November 22nd 2025, we are introducing a new way for you to give us feedback about the Prophix applications: our new Product Feedback Forum.
This enhanced method makes it easier for you to share your ideas, track their progress, and engage with our product team.
With this new approach, you’ll benefit from:
A streamlined process to submit ideas directly within the Prophix application.
Greater visibility into your feedback and how it is being considered.
A more interactive experience, allowing you to see and support ideas from the wider Prophix community.
From within a Prophix application*, navigate to and click the “?” menu.
From the drop down, select Product Feedback.
Our new Ideas & Feedback Forum opens; here you can submit your feedback, vote on ideas proposed from the Product team, and track updates.
To submit your feedback, locate and click the Give Feedback button.
*Product Feedback is available in: FP&A Plus, Account Reconciliation, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Consolidation, and Portal.

Rest assured that all feedback previously submitted through our prior tool has been reviewed and captured by our Product team—we still include those ideas when considering future enhancements.
